FISCAL Customer Success use a custom build of TeamViewer to allow remote viewing and control of customer PCs. TeamViewer is a small download that does not permanently install any files.

Depending on your IT policy you may need to obtain permission from your IT Team before use.

Once the file has downloaded double-click it to run.

You may see a User Account Control message asking for permission.
Click Yes to continue and you will see the FISCAL TeamViewer Application.

Provide the ID and Password to FISCAL Customer Success.

FISCAL Customer Success will connect to your PC to view your desktop and provide remote support.

FISCAL take security and your privacy seriously:
FISCAL can only connect to your desktop while the application is running and once you have provided the ID and Password.
Once the application is closed on your PC FISCAL Customer Success have no way to reconnect.
